CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR

Requirements

  • Male, Max 40 years
  • A true leader by nature
  • Sets a positive example for other team members
  • High level of organization skills
  • Understands what our customers are looking for

  • Demonstrates a powerful focus on customer service
  • Ability to defuse conflicts and come to a compromise
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team of people in improvement rich environment
  • Superior knowledge of mining customer base and mining industry
  • Excellent knowledge of customer service concepts
  • Strong ability to promote change and implement improvements
  • Excellent knowledge mining equipment operational aspects
  • Strong knowledge of Pronto (ERP system)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects and gain positive results
  • Ability to meet deadlines and present professional reports of outcomes
  • Experiences:
    - 5-7 years experience in operational role within the Aftermarket
    - 5 years experience in mining industry
