Demonstrates a powerful focus on customer service
- Ability to defuse conflicts and come to a compromise
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of people in improvement rich environment
- Superior knowledge of mining customer base and mining industry
- Excellent knowledge of customer service concepts
- Strong ability to promote change and implement improvements
- Excellent knowledge mining equipment operational aspects
- Strong knowledge of Pronto (ERP system)
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and gain positive results
- Ability to meet deadlines and present professional reports of outcomes
- Experiences:
- 5-7 years experience in operational role within the Aftermarket
- 5 years experience in mining industry
