Our client, a gold mine company located in Martabe North Sumatera, is looking for candidates for the position of:

SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER - MINE CONSTRUCTION

The person will be responsible for all aspects of the delivery of the program to what is a very tight schedule. This includes managing the organization, as well as his/her direct reports. Championing H&S and ensuring that the project(s) are delivered to budget.

The successful candidate will be Degree Qualified (or equivalent) ideally within a Civil / Structural subject. The Senior Construction Project Manager will have extensive experience in mine construction / deep shaft construction or heavy tunneling associated with the mining.

This role requires a person who has been the number one PM / CM on a mining construction project managing all aspects of the project. Having worked for a mining operator would be advantageous but will also accept applications for candidates who have been working for a leading EPC organization.

Requirements:

• Previous experience : 15 years experience minimum
• Specialist knowledge : Mining construction management.
• Deep shaft construction
• Bulk earthworks excavation
• Project / Programme Management
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to communicate with a multi national team
• Language Skills : English
