• This position reports directly to the General Manager and will be a key position in the management team. The Commercial Manager will take responsibility for Finance, IT & Systems, HR & Admin, Supply & Logistics and Camps.
  Initially the position will be responsible for setting up the systems and processes required to support the project as it transitions through construction, commissioning and ongoing operation. A strong focus will be on building a team and developing staff capable of supporting the business.
  There will be a requirement for the role to work from both Jakarta office and Sumatra site initially, before being a site based role
  

• Degree in commerce, finance, administration or supply.
• 5-10 years working experience in senior finance roles in a mining or production operation.
• Proven ability to operate in a foreign culture and with professional experience in Indonesia is desirable.
• Communication, relationship and team building skills.
• System implementation in major ERP systems
