Service:

Referral of successful applicant for a permanent position.

PT. JDA-Indonesia shall:

1.	Identify potential candidates through analysis of their qualifications, work experience, personal situation and availability.

2.	Screen potential candidates to ensure their suitability in relation to the position description and key selection criteria.

3.	Conduct independent reference checks.
4.	Prepare a detailed "cover sheet" and reference check notes to accompany the C.V.

Seconded Expatriate Service

PT. JDA-Indonesia can provide a legal method to which foreign organizations can second expatriate employees in Indonesia. We are able to either source expatriate personnel or accept existing personnel for Company who would then be employed by PT. JDA-Indonesia. The individual would then be seconded back to Company under a contract, which states specific job requirements and the duration.
